The words on the page talk about “messy love,” about resentment and broken trust, but what lingers for me is the quiet assumption that these knots can be worked through, that conversation is still worth the effort.

So many of the places I’ve wandered lately—the job listings, the corporate feeds, the social media mirrors—speak in polished promises and frictionless buttons: apply, follow, share. It feels strangely generous to see vulnerability framed as something to sit with instead of something to optimize away.
